March 24th – Nom Report

Nom Log

Hey everyone! So I just posted that I’d be back on the blog after a long break. Not going to lie, one of the reasons was because I forgot how to use WordPress… But also, I have been really busy = no excuse.

So let’s go!

GOALS

  1. Get back on track after vacation.
  2. Get fit before graduation = establish a healthy lifestyle. What does this mean? No excessive eating or drinking, consistent gym time (with cardio and strength training), and healthy choices (whole grains, lean proteins, low fat dairy, vegetables, fruits, and healthy fats)!

NOM LOG

  1. Breakfast/Lunch – dunkin donuts bacon egg and cheese on everything bagel, hash browns, medium iced caramel coffee … great start mccall… (12 + 3 + 5) = 20
  2. Dinner – annie’s mac and cheese… probably 12?

Total Remaining: Daily -6 // Weekly 43

ACTIVITY LOG

  1.  Some walking… lots of sleeping.

REFLECTIONS

  1. Never take a red eye flight again…
  2. Need to get that exercise schedule in order.

TOMORROW

  1. Get an exercise plan going! Planning on starting tomorrow . Let me know what you think/what you’ve tried and liked.
